DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT.
You can delete your Arbify account and its data at any time.
Option 1: In the app (immediate)
- Open Arbify and sign in with the 6-digit code emailed to you.
- Go to Profile > Account management > Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
Option 2: By email (no app needed)
Email support@arbify.me from the address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and delete your account within 72 hours. Can't access that email? WhatsApp +961 76 753 382 and we will verify your identity another way.
What gets deleted
Your account and profile, check-ins (weight, blood pressure, resting heart rate, sleep, macros, 1–5 scales), training logs, progress photos and coach messages.
What we may keep
Backup copies are purged within 30 days. We may keep limited payment records where required by law. Support emails or WhatsApp messages you sent us are deleted from our records on request; copies held by those services are subject to their own policies.
After you delete your account, we keep a short internal note that an account was deleted (an internal number, your coaching tier, the date, and whether you or your coach deleted it) so we can keep accurate records. Your first name and last initial are kept with this note for no more than 30 days and then removed. It contains no email, phone number, health data, photos or messages.
Note: Deleting your account does not cancel coaching billing automatically; tell us if you also want to stop your tier.
