TERMS OF SERVICE.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Arbify app, website or coaching services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Arbify.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older.

3. The service

Arbify is a client portal for human 1-on-1 fitness coaching. Coaching happens in the app's Coach chat. Your coach provides a training plan, meal/macro targets and supplement guidance in the app (Dashboard, Plan, Check-In, Photos, Coach chat, Profile). Access requires an active coaching tier.

4. Your account

You sign in with a 6-digit code emailed to you; keep access to your email secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

5. Fees, payment and refunds

Prices: coaching tiers are Basic $75, Pro $100 and Elite $150 per month, in US dollars. Current prices are always shown at www.arbify.me/join.

How to pay: you apply and pay at our join page, never inside the Arbify app. We accept payment by Whish only: a transfer in the Whish app, or cash at any Whish shop, to +961 76 753 382 (Arbid). Include the reference code we give you (for example ARB-7K2Q) so we can match your payment. We do not take card payments and nothing is sold inside the app.

Whish: Whish Money is a third-party payment provider. Its own terms and fees apply to your payment, and we are not responsible for delays, fees or errors on Whish's side. Please pay in USD; if you pay in another currency, we may convert it at the day's rate or send it back.

When your access starts: your account is created after we confirm your payment, usually within 24 hours. We then email you, and you sign in to the Arbify app with the same email you applied with.

Monthly renewal: each payment covers one month of coaching. Before your month ends, we'll email you the amount and your reference; you renew at our renewal page and pay again by Whish. There is no automatic charge and no minimum commitment. You can change tier when you renew.

If you don't renew: if we haven't received your renewal payment by the end of your paid month plus a 3-day grace period, your access to coaching and your plan in the app is paused until you pay. Your data stays in your account unless you delete it.

Cancellation: you can cancel any time by simply not renewing, or by telling us at support@arbify.me. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not by itself refund a payment.

Refunds: if your plan hasn't been delivered yet, you can ask for a full refund at support@arbify.me. Once your plan has been delivered, payments are non-refundable, including for unused time in a paid month. Refunds are sent back by Whish to the number you paid from. For a new client, your plan counts as delivered when Arbid first unlocks it in the Arbify app. For a renewal, the new month counts as delivered once it starts, so you can get a full refund on a renewal payment only if you ask before the new month begins.

6. Not medical advice

Arbify is not a medical provider. Training, nutrition and supplement guidance is general fitness coaching and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise, diet or supplement program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or take medication. Stop and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or unwell.

7. Assumption of risk

Exercise carries a risk of injury. You train at your own risk and are responsible for your technique, equipment and environment.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, share access, upload unlawful content or others' photos, or attempt to access other users' data.

9. Content

You own the data and photos you upload and allow us to use them only to provide your coaching. Arbify's app, plans and brand remain our property; you get a personal, non-transferable licence while your account is active.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time: immediately in the app (Profile > Account management > Delete Account) or by emailing support@arbify.me with the subject "Delete my account" (within 72 hours); see www.arbify.me/delete-account. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Arbify is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for your most recent paid month.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new version here.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
