How does the onboarding process work?
Once you've chosen your tier, applied and paid by Whish on our join page, you will receive an intake form to detail your current physique, macros, and training history. Your custom protocol will be uploaded to Arbify within 48 hours.
Do I need a gym membership?
Yes. Arbify is engineered for athletes and serious individuals. While modifications can be made, access to standard commercial gym equipment is required to execute your training plan properly.
How do I access the Arbify app?
Arbify runs in any browser at app.arbify.me, and you can add it to your home screen on iPhone or Android. Once you are on the roster, you'll sign in with your email and a 6-digit code we send you — no password needed.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier later?
Yes. There's no minimum commitment — change your tier at the start of any billing cycle, or cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period. Full refund if your plan hasn't been delivered yet; no refunds after.
